Essential Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage complex endocrine conditions including diabetes, thyroid disorders, and metabolic diseases
- Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
- Provide comprehensive patient education and preventive care guidance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain detailed EMR documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Supervise clinical support staff and contribute to practice growth
- MSN from an accredited nursing program
- Current New York State RN and NP licenses
- Board Certification in Adult or Family Practice
- Specialized training in Endocrinology
- Current BLS certification
- Proven experience with EMR systems
