Position Summary

Essential Functions
- Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
- Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage offerings to be able to explain the menu to guests with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Follow the steps of service as outlined by the department on a consistent basis.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including recommendations for seasonal menu items,
- Proficient use of the POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct orders and presentation.
- Provide attentive, friendly, and personalized service throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, including the dining room and service stations.
- Anticipate guest needs and address any concerns or requests in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and accurate orders.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions following company procedures.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area as assigned.
