Position Summary
This position exists for the effective overall operation of the Maintenance Department, in meeting the 24- hour demands of a successful operation. The Utility Engineer responds to and assists with job assignments including, but not limited to the repair, installation, and preventive maintenance of all equipment and related components as directed.

Essential Functions
- Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
- Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Perform all repairs, maintenance and part replacements adhering to preventive maintenance schedule (i.e., HVAC filters, light bulbs, etc.).
- Pick up parts and supplies from vendors.
- Respond to all internal and external guest complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid guest
- Accurately record all pertinent data.
- Continually assess the preventive maintenance schedule to ensure that equipment longevity,
- Assist in the set up for exhibits and conventions as required.
- Work closely with Chief Engineer, as well as other Engineers.
- Formulate bill of materials to accomplish tasks.
- Systematically prepare to assume job assignments ensuring necessary equipment, parts and materials are available and tasks can be accomplished efficiently and safely.
- Have knowledge of MSDS booklet location for your area.
- Be familiar with OSHA safety codes regarding chemicals and electrical equipment.
- Displays good judgment and ability to make decisions that are in the best interest of the organization and its guests.
