Position Summary:
The AYA Rooftop Restaurant Bartender is responsible for food and beverage service at the bar. The

This role involves crafting classic and specialty cocktails, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, food service, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all alcohol service laws and company policies. Essential Functions:

2. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
3. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
4. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere.
5. Ability to read, understand, follow, and execute standardized recipes.
6. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.
7. Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies.
8. Accurately take and deliver guest orders, including food when required.
9. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and follow proper cash handling procedures.
10. Assist in monitoring inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
11. Prepare garnishes, mixes, and ingredients needed for daily bar operations.
12. Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
13. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
