Position Summary

Essential Functions
- Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
- Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage offerings; confidently explain the menu and make recommendations using prescribed verbiage.
- Follow the department's steps of service consistently to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct table in a timely, professional manner, ensuring proper presentation, garnishes, temperature, and quality.
- Provide bread and water service according to service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipate guest needs, and address concerns or requests promptly,
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, expo, and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and accurate orders.
- Assist with setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the dining room, service stations, and expo areas, including condiments, utensils, and napkins.
- Clear tables and service areas of dirty dishes and glassware using prescribed methods.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper sanitation in all work areas, including dining room, kitchen, back bar, and service stations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Provide attentive, friendly, and personalized service throughout the dining experience.
- Assist with additional tasks as directed by supervisors or managers.
