Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
2. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
3. Maintain in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage offerings; confidently explain the menu and make recommendations using prescribed verbiage.
4. Follow the department's steps of service consistently to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
5. Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct table in a timely, professional manner, ensuring proper presentation, garnishes, temperature, and quality.
6. Provide bread and water service according to service standards.
7. Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipate guest needs, and address concerns or requests promptly,
escalating issues to servers or management when appropriate.
8. Communicate effectively with kitchen, expo, and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and accurate orders.
9. Assist with setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the dining room, service stations, and expo areas, including condiments, utensils, and napkins.
10. Clear tables and service areas of dirty dishes and glassware using prescribed methods.
11. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper sanitation in all work areas, including dining room, kitchen, back bar, and service stations.
12. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
13. Provide attentive, friendly, and personalized service throughout the dining experience.
14. Assist with additional tasks as directed by supervisors or managers.

3. Must be at least 21 years of age.

5. Ability to handle a flexible work schedule, working weekends, holidays, and all shifts.
