Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual fund financial statements.
- Maintain fund general ledgers and record investment transactions, including purchases, sales, income, and expenses.
- Calculate investor allocations, capital activity, management fees, and carried interest.
- Assist with NAV calculations and fund performance reporting.
- Coordinate quarterly and annual reporting deliverables with fund administrators, auditors, and tax professionals.
- Support the audit process by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests.
- Reconcile cash, investment activity, and capital accounts.
- Monitor compliance with fund governing documents and partnership agreements.
- Assist with investor reporting and ad hoc requests from senior management.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 years of accounting experience, preferably within fund accounting, public accounting, asset management, private equity, hedge funds, or alternative investments.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with investment partnerships, fund structures, or alternative asset classes is a plus.
- CPA designation or CPA track is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting or portfolio management systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
