Our client, a thriving and collaborative organization with exceptionally low turnover, is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their finance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong GAAP experience who values work-life balance, flexibility, and a culture that genuinely supports its people.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP
- Manage external financial reporting processes, including quarterly and annual filings
- Drive monthly and quarterly close activities in collaboration with FP&A and accounting
- Partner with external auditors and oversee audit requests and compliance
- Research technical accounting issues and draft whitepapers or memos as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support corporate initiatives and optimize reporting
- Contribute to the development of internal controls and process improvements
What You Bring:
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or corporate financial reporting
- Strong foundation in U.S. GAAP; SEC reporting experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided
- CPA preferred (but not required)
- Excellent project management skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
- Clear communication and a detail-oriented approach

Salary : $120,000 - $175,000
