What You’ll Do:

• Lead the budgeting process across departments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to leadership
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus)
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including budgeting and reporting
• Strong analytical mindset and fluency in Excel and financial systems
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
