We are seeking to hire a Senior Accountant to work 3 days a week in the loop. Overview
The Senior Accountant will lead monthly and quarterly close processes, manage general ledger activity, and support forecasting, compliance, and reporting. The position requires strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain general ledger activity and optimize automated entries
- Prepare monthly and quarterly close packages for senior leadership
- Develop quarterly and annual forecasts
- Support SEC reporting, 10K and 10Q
- Navigate complex entity structures and debt facilities
- Facilitate compliance activities and internal controls
- Contribute to reporting automation and process improvement
- Build fluency in portfolio metrics and financial trends
Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly encouraged
- 4 years of relevant experience, ideally in financial reporting or public accounting
- SEC reporting experience preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Salary : $85,000 - $130,000
