What You’ll Do
- Manage fund accounting activities for private investment vehicles, including monthly/quarterly closes and investor reporting
- Prepare and review NAV calculations, capital calls, distributions, and financial statements
- Support waterfall calculations and performance reporting
- Partner with internal teams (investment, operations, tax, and investor relations) to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Coordinate with external administrators and auditors
- Assist with process improvements and initiatives as the firm continues to scale
What We’re Looking For
- 2–10 years of experience in public accounting and/or fund accounting
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Exposure to private equity, hedge funds, or alternative investments preferred
- CPA or progress toward certification is a plus
- Highly motivated, “go-getter” mentality with a desire to grow
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while valuing balance
