We're partnering with a well-established and growing financial services firm seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join its collaborative Chicago team. In This Role, You Will:
- Prepare and review US GAAP financial statements for investment funds.
- Manage fund accounting activities, including NAV calculations, capital calls, and distributions.
- Analyze financial results, perform reconciliations, and investigate variances.
- Assist with investor reporting and other strategic projects.
- Mentor junior team members while collaborating across multiple departments.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-6 years of public accounting experience with financial services clients.
- CPA preferred.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and investment fund accounting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in financial services.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
