Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting and accounting for private equity and hedge fund investments.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with investors, auditors, and portfolio managers on fund performance and financial statements.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Assist with valuation analyses and investment-related accounting matters.

Qualifications & Ideal Candidate:

• 3-6 years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred - willing to train on industry) or investment management fund accounting experience.
• Strong technical expertise in fund accounting, financial reporting, and partnership structures.
