We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking IT Systems / Infrastructure Manager to lead a comprehensive modernization and digital transformation journey for an established, leading company. This is a comprehensive role overseeing foundational IT infrastructure, strengthening cybersecurity frameworks, and championing a critical upcoming ERP implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and execute a multi-year IT roadmap aligned with business objectives. Establish governance, standards, and best practices while advising executive leadership on critical technology investments
- Infrastructure Modernization: Assess current systems and engineer a reliable, scalable environment across network infrastructure, cloud ecosystems (Azure/M365), wireless systems, storage, and robust disaster recovery capabilities
- Enterprise Systems & ERP: Serve as the IT lead for an upcoming ERP implementation, enhancement, and post-go-live stabilization. Optimize integrations with critical business applications including CRMs, shipping/logistics, vendor portals, and data warehouses
- Cybersecurity Frameworks: Establish and maintain modern cybersecurity policies. Implement advanced endpoint protection, MFA, network monitoring, and manage routine vulnerability assessments to protect company data
- Automation & Business Intelligence: Build a unified "single source of truth" for enterprise data. Eliminate manual data entries and bottlenecks by leveraging API integrations, workflow automation tools, and platforms like Power BI
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with department heads across Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Customer Service to translate operational business requirements into scalable technical architectur
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or a closely related discipline
- 5 years of progressive IT leadership experience managing enterprise infrastructure and business systems
- Hands-on track record of leading a major ERP implementation or a complex, enterprise-wide system upgrades
- Strong technical skills across core networking, cloud platforms (ideally Azure), and system integration
- Project Management: Robust experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously
Salary : $105,000 - $135,000
