Real Estate Paralegal

Seeking a highly organized Real Estate Paralegal / Legal Manager to support legal, development, construction, and property operations functions across a large real estate portfolio.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with executive leadership and serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and outside legal counsel. The ideal candidate will bring strong contract administration, legal operations, real estate, construction, or corporate governance experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, track, and manage contracts, amendments, leases, vendor agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on real estate transactions, development projects, litigation matters, and regulatory issues.
• Monitor legal deadlines, compliance requirements, insurance documentation, and contract obligations.
• Assist with acquisition, development, construction, and property management-related legal matters.
• Maintain contract management systems and legal records.
• Support executive leadership with special projects, risk management initiatives, and corporate governance activities.
• Review legal invoices and assist with outside counsel budget tracking.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and document management through technology and AI tools.
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, accounting, development, construction, and property management teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Manager, Contract Administrator, Legal Operations Professional, or similar role.
• Experience supporting real estate, construction, development, property management, or corporate legal functions preferred.
• Strong contract administration and document management experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working directly with senior executives and external legal counsel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management platforms.
• Experience leveraging technology and AI tools to improve efficiency is highly desirable.
