- Manage day-to-day IT operations within a manufacturing environment
- Support enterprise infrastructure, user systems, and business applications
- Coordinate ERP support activities including Oracle EBS environments
- Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical and operational issues
- Support cybersecurity and system reliability initiatives
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades and technology improvement projects
- Help maintain stable network and system performance across the facility
- Provide technical leadership and support for local IT operations
- Partner with business stakeholders to support operational technology needs
- Prior experience managing IT operations within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Experience supporting Oracle EBS or other enterprise ERP platforms
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and business systems
- Experience working with Microsoft enterprise technologies and user support environments
- Familiarity with network operations, systems administration, and IT security practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an operational business environment
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and coordination skills
- Previous leadership or team management experience preferred
