Qualifications

- sSolid understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and trim
- sExcellent sketching and illustration skill
- sProficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and PLM system

Responsibilitie
- s:Partner with the Design Director to shape seasonal concepts, select key items, and build cohesive color palettes and fabric/trim assortmen
- tsStay ahead of industry trends by researching seasonal themes, materials, and silhouettes for the activewear and athleisure categori
- esWork closely with Technical Design to create accurate specs and ensure design integrity from development through final producti
- onParticipate in fittings and provide feedback alongside the Design Direct
- orSupport production by ensuring the final product aligns with the original design vision and timeli
Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
