Responsibilities
• Lead all aspects of store operations and team performance
• Drive sales, profitability, and customer loyalty initiatives
• Coach and develop Assistant Managers, Keyholders, and Sales Associates
• Build local community relationships and support brand events
• Ensure exceptional customer service and in-store experiences
• Maintain inventory, visual merchandising, and operational standards
Requirements
• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience in a specialty, luxury, or service-focused retail environment
• Strong sales leadership and clienteling experience
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams
• Experience driving KPIs, sales growth, and operational excellence
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on leadership approach
• Bachelor's degree preferred
