What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Coordinator position at Fourth Floor?
Fourth Floor is a forward-thinking staffing and recruiting firm – and we are growing! We are looking for an outgoing and organized Recruiting Coordinator to help support our busy team of recruiters. You will assist with managing fulltime/direct-hire fashion talent for the top companies in luxury, RTW, beauty, menswear, home goods, lifestyle and more!
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is looking to gain more office experience while learning about HR and Recruiting.
** 4 days in office required
What you will be doing:
- Candidate sourcing and screening potential candidates
- Writing detailed candidate bios
- Overseeing candidate paperwork completion
- Coordinating candidate interviews, prepping candidates via phone and email
- Conducting thorough reference checks
- Managing and updating candidate information in database
- Taking on additional administrative responsibilities and projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 years of experience in fashion, HR or administrative experience a plus
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
- Confident, engaging, and professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, and strong ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and resourceful with a "no task is too big or too small" approach
- Positive, personable, and team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in Bullhorn and LinkedIn Recruiter a plus
