Retail Recruiter - Luxury RTW Brand in NYC!

Our client, a global fashion brand, is looking for a Retail Recruiter to join the team!

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage job postings and recruitment campaigns across applicant tracking systems, social media, professional networks, job boards, talent communities, and other strategic sourcing channels to attract top talent
• .Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, coordinating background checks, and overseeing new hire documentation
• .Support the administration of appropriate assessments and reference/background checking and extend offers of employment and create/deliver employment offer letters
• .Use traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates
• .Manage internal transfer processes, including screening and coordination of interviews with hiring managers
• .Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process
• .Manage agency relationships, ensuring that the best interests of the company are always in mind
• .Remain updated on all local and state legislative changes relating to employment screening and job offering
• .Own and manage reporting metrics such as time to fill, sourcing channel, retention rate, cost of hire, and report on a recurring frequency

• s.5 years of professional retail recruiting require
• d.Knowledge of SAP and Recruitment system
• s.High-volume recruitment experience require
• d.Fashion Retail Industry recruiting knowledge is necessar
• y.Proficiency with Microsoft applications (particularly Excel), SuccessFactors, and Pheno
