Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to appropriate staff.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Maintain office files in both numerical and alphabetical order.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams to complete daily administrative tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or office clerk role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Basic knowledge of data entry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with staff, visitors, and the public.
