Peak Wooten McDaniel & Colwell is dedicated to successfully representing injured clients in Georgia and throughout the nation. Our firm is unique in that it handles complex cases ranging from serious personal injury to business torts to much more.
We are seeking a professional, organized, and personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls; take accurate messages
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
- Scan and file case-related mail into case management system; forward to legal team assigned to case
- Assist with organizing and maintaining client files, both physical and electronic
- Maintain and schedule conference rooms
- Manage office supplies and order them when necessary
- Support attorneys and staff with administrative projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college degree is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and office equipment
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant at a law office
- Bilingual (Spanish)
