Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an operational support contact for corrective action and investigation teams.
- Track and document corrective action plans and investigation outcomes.
- Edit, proofread, and format reports and related documentation for clarity and accuracy.
- Perform data entry and maintain multiple databases related to investigations and compliance.
- Generate and distribute internal and external reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Respond to inquiries regarding corrective actions and investigations.
- Assist with administrative duties and data analysis under supervision.
- Support multiple teams, managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to ensure quality and compliance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Associate degree in business or related field and one (1) year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint (including database management and report generation).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in proofreading reports or working with quality assurance, investigations, or compliance functions.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
