Key Details
- Base Salary: $60,000
- OTE: $40,000 in Year 1 (uncapped)
- Commission: Uncapped earnings based on revenue generated
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
- Location: Miami, Florida (office-based 5 days per week)
- Identifying and engaging prospective clients across the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors
- Generating high-quality meetings and sales opportunities for the senior sales team
- Learning a proven sales methodology through structured training and mentorship
- Building outbound prospecting campaigns across phone, email and LinkedIn
- Supporting senior sales colleagues throughout the sales cycle
- Researching markets, competitors and industry trends
- Tracking performance against targets and KPIs
- Earning opportunities to attend industry events, exhibitions and conferences as you progress
