The Role
You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging prospective customers, and supporting the growth of the sales function.
Through structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and hands-on mentoring, you'll develop the skills needed to become a successful sales professional.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prospecting and engaging potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Speaking with decision-makers to understand business challenges
- Booking qualified meetings for the sales team
- Building and managing a pipeline of opportunities
- Researching target markets and identifying new prospects
- Learning and applying a consultative sales approach
- Working closely with experienced sales leaders
- Consistently achieving activity and performance targets
