Now, we’re seeking a Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team 16 hours per week on the Day Shift. One shift during the Week and one Weekend shift

As a Restorative CNA, you’ll play a vital role in helping our residents maintain or improve their independence and quality of life through restorative nursing programs in compliance with CMS guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Restorative Care: Support residents with ambulation, transferring, bed mobility, communication, dining, prosthetic care, splints/braces, ADLs, and Range of Motion exercises.
- Documentation: Track progress and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans.
- Family Engagement: Educate residents and families on restorative care practices and benefits.
- Team Support: Provide guidance and instruction to staff on proper care techniques.
- Certified in NYS as a Nurse Aide
- Experience in healthcare or senior care preferred; restorative aide or SNF experience a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient, and able to work independently
- Availability for holidays
