As a Certified Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA), you will provide direct care and support to residents in our Assisted Living facility, promoting independence, comfort, safety, and quality of life.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Provide medication assistance or reminders as directed by facility policies
- Assist with meal preparation, meal service, and feeding support when needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote residents’ well-being
- Encourage and assist residents in social and recreational activities
- Monitor residents’ well-being and promptly report any changes to nursing staff or supervisors
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
- Document care provided and maintain accurate, timely records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality resident care
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and individual care plans
- Complete other duties as assigned by the Site Administrator
- Pay Range: $17.55 – $19.55 per hour
- Schedule:
- Full-Time – Days (7:00PM-3:00PM)
- Per Diem positions available
- Weekend Availability Required
- Location: Fairport, NY
- Additional Pay: Shift differential available

Valid PCA or HHA certification preferred (in accordance with state requirements)
- Previous experience in assisted living, home care, or healthcare preferred
- Ability to provide compassionate, respectful care to residents
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing resident needs
- Ability to assist residents with mobility and daily care activities
- Reliable, responsible, and professional work ethic
