Position Details

Role: Full-Time Housekeeping Aide- Day Shift

Location: Fairport Rehab & Nursing Center, Fairport, NY

Schedule: Must be available for weekends (rotating schedule)

Key Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, hallways, offices, and common areas
• Dust, mop, sweep, and sanitize surfaces
• Clean windows, drapes, restrooms, refrigerators, and mattresses
• Move furniture to access cleaning areas
• Care for facility plants
• Follow infection control and isolation protocols when necessary
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors
• Support and reflect the mission, vision, and values of FRNC
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• No prior experience required — we provide on-the-job training
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to work independently and respectfully with residents, staff, and visitors
• Must be available weekends as part of a rotating schedule
• Must be able to perform essential job functions (reasonable accommodations considered)
