About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including vital signs, personal care, and assistance with activities of daily living
- Assisting with feeding, bathing, dressing, and toileting residents
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols and adhering to established policies and procedures
- Documenting patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide compassionate and dignified care to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing education and training programs
- Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing team

- Pay Range: $18.50-$22.00 per hour with pay commensurate with certification and years of post-License experience
- Shift Differentials: $1.50/hr for weekday B & C shifts and 10% more/hour for all weekend shifts
- Available Shifts: Day (7:00am – 3:00pm), Evening (3:00pm – 11:00pm), Night (11:00pm-7:00AM)
- Schedule Options: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week), Part-Time (22.5 hours per week)
- Weekend Availability: Required
