The Registered Nurse (RN) in our Long-Term Care facility is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations. - Perform comprehensive resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments; monitor and report changes in condition
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs; delegate tasks appropriately
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with CMS, state, and facility regulations
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in care planning, discharge coordination, and quality improvement initiatives
- Promote infection control, resident safety, and overall quality of care
Pay Range: $40.00-$42.00
Shift Differentials: Competitive shift differentials offered
Available Shifts:
- Day (7:00am – 3:00pm)
- Evening (3:00pm – 11:00pm)
- Night (11:00pm – 7:00am)
- Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
- Part-Time (22.5 hours per week)
- Weekend availability required
- $4,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time
- Current, active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license (new grads welcome)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Experience in geriatric, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong assessment, clinical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and EMR documentation experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Availability to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
Salary : $40 - $42
