Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions and HR-related support
- Verify and process onboarding paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Enter and maintain employee data in HRIS and vendor systems
- Assist with recruiting activities including job postings, resume review, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Prepare and distribute employment-related communications, including status changes and policy updates
- Conduct payroll audits
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors in HR required
- Open to entry level candidates with internship experience
- Recruiting experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
