Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for reviewing accounts and following up with vendors with billing inquiries and status.
- Create invoices and statements for client accounts.
- Record and track deposits, apply payments, and reconcile balances to the general ledger.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or billing positions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- High School diploma required
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Salary Information
- $18 - $20/hour
