Bilingual Sr. HR Generalist

Extension is seeking a Bilingual Sr. HR Generalist for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner supporting manufacturing and production leadership across multiple shifts
• Lead employee relations investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution efforts
• Coach frontline leaders on performance management, communication, attendance, and accountability
• Support recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives
• Partner with operations leadership to improve retention, workforce stability, and employee experience
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Maintain HRIS records, reporting, audits, and workforce documentation
• Analyze workforce trends and recommend process improvements to strengthen operations and culture

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
• 5–7 years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or high-volume operations required
• Proven ability to lead investigations and manage complex workforce matters
• Experience coaching supervisors and operational leaders
• HRIS experience required; UKG experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
• PHR or SHRM certification is a plus

Salary Information

• $98k - $100k/year 10% bonus opportunity
