Human Resources Generalist - Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred
Fond du Lac / St. Francis, WI (1-2x Weekly travel between locations)
VIP Executive Search is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to identify a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist who will play a key role in driving talent initiatives, strengthening performance management practices, and supporting a consistent, people-focused employee experience across multiple locations.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a hands-on, dynamic environment and is passionate about building strong teams, implementing effective HR processes, and partnering with leaders to drive performance and engagement.
The HR Generalist will focus heavily on talent attraction, performance management, and the implementation of people processes and initiatives, while serving as a trusted resource for employees and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Attraction & Recruitment
Lead and coordinate full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation
Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and ensure alignment with business goals
Deliver a consistent and positive candidate experience that reflects company values
Performance Management & Development
Support and help drive performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting
Assist leaders in developing and executing performance improvement and development plans
Monitor employee progress and provide guidance to ensure accountability and continuous improvement
HR Processes & Initiatives
Implement and support HR programs and initiatives across the employee lifecycle
Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and people practices
Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness
Employee Experience & Engagement
Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment
Act as a resource for employee relations matters and day-to-day HR support
Promote a culture of respect, communication, and accountability
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required

Additional Details
Weekly travel (approximately 1-2x per week) between Fond du Lac and St. Francis locations
Regular business hours, with flexibility required based on business needs
On-site role supporting operations
Compensation
$85,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)
