Position Summary: The Senior Human Resource Generalist plays a crucial role in providing a vital point of contact for team members at all levels of an organization. The Sr HR Generalist will manage the day-to-day activities, including talent acquisition, performance management, team member relations, and training and development.
The Blueprint for Success - Key Responsibilities:

Hire and onboard new team members and manage diplomacy of employment offerings.

Serve as a reliable source of information for team members, promptly answering questions and guidance to team members and management.

Assist with the creation of policies and procedures that enhance the overall work environment for our team members.

Ensure that our company remains in compliance with laws and regulations.

Collaborate with all functions in the organization to ensure results driven culture.

Assist with recruiting tasks such as reviewing resumes, conducting and scheduling interviews, hiring, and following up with candidates.

Schedule and coordinate onboarding assignments and training sessions.

Compile and properly possess team member documentation and records, and update databases in a timely manner.

Collaborate with the Human Resources team to develop effective talent acquisition strategies.

Identify future staffing needs.

Process complaints regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, or other instances of workplace harassment and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions.

Maintain the departmental email account timely, responding to all team member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain team members records in a timely and accurate manner.

Ensure that our company adheres to a safe work environment.

Be an active participant on the safety committee and provide action oriented suggestions to ensure the safety of all team members.

Assist in creating best practices for the organization.
