Extension is seeking a Customer Relations Manager for a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with one of our clients located in Port Washington, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customer communication and project coordination
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers; identify new opportunities
- Present capabilities to prospective clients and support new business development
- Lead, mentor, and develop customer service staff
- Develop project proposals including pricing, materials, and labor needs
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure quality and on time delivery
- Support contract negotiations with the legal team
- Attend trade shows and monitor market trends
- Travel as needed to customer and supplier locations
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Must have prior experience (5-7 years) of project management and/or customer service experience in a contract manufacturing environment.
- Must have previous supervisory experience and will lead a team of 2-4 project managers.
Salary Information
- Pay or salary range -- Up to $100,000
