Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain, strengthen, and grow relationships with new and existing customers in the regional MEP/HVAC and construction market.
- New Business Development: Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities. Prepare estimates and proposals, obtain bid bonds, and negotiate contracts.
- Repair & Service Quoting: Evaluate, prioritize, and produce timely and accurate repair quotes with a customer‐focused approach.
- Preventive Maintenance Sales: Develop and present tailored preventive maintenance plans based on customer needs.
- Market & Technical Expertise: Stay current on vendor equipment, technology updates, and service enhancements. Participate in postmortem project reviews as needed.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: 5 years of MEP/HVAC/construction sales or industry experience strongly preferred
Salary Information
$75,000 – $105,000 base salary
Bonus/Profit Sharing: Discretionary, based on company performance
