- Design and implement secure cross-tenant trust frameworks, including MFA, device compliance, and Home Realm Discovery.
- Establish inbound and outbound cross-tenant trust relationships to facilitate seamless collaboration between Microsoft Entra tenants (B2B).
- Automate guest identity lifecycle management using Cross Tenant Sync to enhance operational efficiency.
- Migrate applications from ADFS to Microsoft Entra enterprise applications utilizing SAML/OIDC protocols.
- Develop tenant-specific authorization, governance, and compliance reporting frameworks to ensure regulatory adherence and security.
- Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra B2B and Conditional Access trust claims.
- Proven expertise in Cross Tenant Sync and ADFS to Entra migrations.
- Strong understanding of access governance in regulated, large-scale enterprise environments.
- Ability to own technical design, implementation, and end-to-end validation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
