Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales Coordinator / Administrator to support our sales team and ensure seamless project coordination from initial inquiry through completion. This role is critical to maintaining strong client relationships, accurate project documentation, and efficient internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and submittal packages
- Manage order processing and coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and installers
- Track pricing, lead times, and project timelines to ensure smooth execution
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and maintaining strong relationships
- Coordinate project documentation including RFQs, submittals, and closeouts
- Maintain CRM and internal tracking systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support day-to-day operations to keep projects and communication flowing efficiently
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or project coordination
- Strong background in order processing and customer-facing communication
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM or construction-related software is a plus
- Experience in architecture, construction, or manufacturing is highly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related field is a plus
- Experience with construction documents, plans, or specifications is a plus
