- Manage and triage severity 1 incidents for Microsoft’s top-tier customers
- Review long-running cases to determine next steps and actively manage critical customer situations
- Coordinate communication and resources across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Provide timely updates and ensure high-quality customer support during critical issues
- Identify systemic issues and recommend process improvements to prevent future incidents
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint (5-7 years)
- Strong customer service background, especially in enterprise or high-severity support environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to operate reliably within a defined shift schedule
- Experience working with Microsoft products and terminology
- Ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
