What's the Job?
- Owns SQL Server end-to-end development, including building complex stored procedures and performance tuning
- Designs and implements data models and schemas, including star and snowflake schemas
- Translates data into insightful Tableau dashboards for business decision-making
- Works within a regulated, structured environment ensuring compliance and best practices
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams on large-scale data initiatives and complex projects
- Minimum of 7 years experience with Microsoft SQL Server, with no substitutions for other databases
- Proven expertise in developing database objects such as tables, views, stored procedures, and user-defined functions
- At least 5 years experience in performance tuning of SQL queries
- Hands-on experience with Tableau reporting for at least 2 years
- Strong background in data modeling and database design, including normalization and schema development
