What's the Job?
- Support the overall technical direction of medical device products throughout their lifecycle, from development to post-market activities.
- Understand clinical and user needs, translating them into detailed product requirements and design solutions.
- Manage product requirements, traceability, risk management, and design history files to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, mitigate risks, and drive innovative solutions.
- Ensure adherence to FDA, ISO, and IEC regulations and standards in all engineering activities.
- Minimum of three years of experience in medical device systems engineering or related regulated industries.
- Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical and software engineering principles.
- Experience with system modeling languages such as SysML or UML and requirement management tools like DOORS, JIRA, or TrackWise.
- Proficiency in working with multi-disciplinary, global teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
