- Perform a variety of professional, technical, and analytical duties in operating enterprise, client/server, and desktop computer systems and networks.
- Analyze, detect, identify, and correct technical problems and deficiencies to ensure optimal system performance.
- Configure and install computer hardware and software to meet organizational needs.
- Manage inventory control of IT equipment and supplies, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
- Monitor and collect data on system performance to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Extensive working knowledge of PCs, network hardware, operating systems, software, and network communication protocols.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively support end-users and team members.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Experience with hardware and software upgrades and asset management.
