What's the Job?
- Oversee fire and intrusion alarm operations across all retail locations to ensure system reliability and regulatory compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships, enforce Service-Level Agreements, and lead incident resolution efforts.
- Coordinate alarm system installations, modifications, and maintenance for new store openings and remodels.
- Analyze alarm event data, false alarm trends, and vendor performance metrics to improve system performance and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system upgrades, process improvements, and industry trend research.
- Experience serving as a point of contact for vendors supporting fire and/or intrusion systems.
- Knowledge of NFPA standards, AHJ requirements, and life safety regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Strong project coordination and vendor management skills.
- Ability to analyze technical data and implement continuous improvement strategies.
