- Support integration activities by leading project management efforts and executing change management responsibilities.
- Prepare project plans and schedules using project management tools, collaborating with team members to understand tasks necessary for project completion.
- Direct project execution by assigning tasks, tracking schedules, identifying risks, and developing contingency plans.
- Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate project status effectively.
- Resolve project issues by working closely with team members, project customers, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
- Experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or ISO 9001 environments preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong critical thinking and technical writing skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize daily work routines to meet deadlines.
