As a Project Coordinator, you will be at the heart of project execution, ensuring everything from procurement to contract management runs smoothly. You will work closely with Project Managers, overseeing schedules and budgets to ensure projects stay on track using Procore for financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project documentation and communications across teams.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities.
• Oversee project budgets, ensuring that all financial aspects are handled with precision.
• Run site reviews to ensure timelines and deliverables are on track.
• Assist with risk management and troubleshooting to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure all requirements are met, and communications are clear.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
• Support the project team in obtaining permits and ensuring legal requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of project coordination experience in retail or restaurant construction.
• Proficient in Procore (or similar construction management software).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety protocols and environmental standards.
• Ability to anticipate project challenges and propose solutions proactively.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with integrating project management software into daily project communications.

Pay & Benefits:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Base Salary: $60,000 to $80,000, depending on experience.
