What's the Job?
- Lead and execute organizational change management activities for the project, ensuring successful adoption and minimal disruption.
- Conduct stakeholder identification, analysis, and engagement planning across impacted groups.
- Perform change impact assessments to identify risks, readiness gaps, and necessary interventions.
- Develop and implement integrated change plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and leadership engagement initiatives.
- Some travel may be required to ID or Eastern WA
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers to enable effective change leadership.
- Partner with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to align on change strategies and drive accountability.
- PROSCI or ACMP certification in change management.
- Experience with SAP systems is required; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead change management initiatives in complex projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
