Job Description Summary

The Manager, Organizational Change Management (OCM) plays a critical role in enabling the successful adoption of change across our global organization. This position is responsible for planning, leading, and delivering OCM activities in alignment with the scope and needs of assigned change initiatives.

This role operates within the framework of our OCM Center of Expertise (COE) and must be able to flex seamlessly across multiple scopes of change at the same time—from serving as a fully dedicated resource on large transformational initiatives, consulting with leaders on mid-sized transitions, and guiding teams to self-service resources for smaller initiatives. By balancing these service levels, the Manager ensures that employees are prepared, equipped, and supported to adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working.
