What's the Job?
- Utilize modern Organizational Change Management (OCM) best practices to deliver clear and engaging user experiences for enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Refine, lead, and execute OCM plans to enable faster adoption, greater utilization, and higher proficiency across impacted groups.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to diverse audiences in a hybrid work environment.
- Use metrics to measure adoption levels and adjust strategies to ensure successful change implementation.
- Coordinate change activities with project timelines, identify risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders effectively.
- Proven expertise in Change Management, with experience in executing OCM plans and strategies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, capable of building trust and influencing at all organizational levels.
- Ability to tailor communication and approaches based on stakeholder groups and personas.
- Experience in project and risk management, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Certification(s) such as PROSCI, Change Guide, or LaMarsh are preferred.
