Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Organizational Change Management (OCM) Coordinator to support change initiatives across business and technology teams. This role is critical in ensuring that the people side of change is effectively managed to achieve desired business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of OCM principles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in organizational change management, communications, or project coordination.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
