Job Title: LoanIQ Specialist

What's the Job?
- Support and enhance commercial lending operations using Loan IQ platform
- Analyze and resolve Loan IQ–related issues, partnering with technology and operations teams
- Assist with system enhancements, configuration changes, and upgrades within Loan IQ
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with Product Owners and development teams
- Support testing efforts including system testing, UAT, regression testing, and validation of changes
- Strong hands‑on experience with Loan IQ in a production or support environment
- Experience supporting commercial lending platforms in a financial services setting
- Familiarity with Agile practices and working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
