The consultant will work with LoanIQ, loan documentation, closing packages, and execution readiness across internal partners and external counterparties.
The role requires strong experience with syndicated loans, deep familiarity with LoanIQ data & lifecycle, and the ability to manage detailed, multi-step closing processes in a fast‑moving environment.
This position will also execute business planning, evaluate complex operational issues, support compliance alignment, prepare documentation, and collaborate extensively with bankers, closing teams, ops teams, and legal partners.

Loan Closing & Execution
- Support end‑to‑end execution of syndicated and commercial loan closings.
- Enter, review, and validate data in LoanIQ to support facility setup, funding, rollovers, and amendments.
- Coordinate closing packages, documentation completeness, and readiness checks.
- Ensure compliance with required policies, approvals, and control procedures.
- Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges.
- Recommend solutions balancing risk, timelines, and client impact.
- Support escalations, issue resolution, and process improvements.
- Maintain detailed documentation supporting audit and compliance standards.
- Communicate effectively with:
- Front Office bankers
- Closing teams
- Operations
- Legal
- Credit/Risk
- Partner with internal groups to ensure accurate setup, funding, and lifecycle maintenance.
- Participate in planning conversations and provide execution-driven insights.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and internal controls.
- Monitor work progress, mitigate risk, and meet deadlines aligned with closing milestones.
- Prepare reporting and updates for team leads and management.
