- Deliver hands-on operational and technical support for enterprise learning platforms, ensuring system stability and platform updates.
- Support LMS-to-LMS migration, data validation, and platform stabilization activities.
- Assist with content uploads, testing, and validation of SCORM/xAPI content.
- Run and validate reports related to learner progress, completions, and user access.
- Collaborate with vendor support teams and internal stakeholders to resolve platform issues and document solutions.
- 5 years supporting enterprise LMS/LXP platforms such as Cornerstone, Degreed, or Workday.
- Bachelor's degree in Learning, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of LMS administration, learning assignments, and reporting processes.
- Experience working with SCORM/xAPI content and supporting platform upgrades or stabilization periods.
- Familiarity with ticketing workflows, such as ServiceNow, and supporting operational execution.
